[opensuse-factory] Call for maintainer (or discuss about removal): kohana2

Dear hackers and packagers, It's been a while since Tumbleweed moved from PHP5 to PHP7; to be precise, php5 hwas removed from openSUSE:Factory on Sept 13 2017. Since that day, the package 'kohana2' has not been installable:
sudo zypper in kohana2 Loading repository data... Reading installed packages... Resolving package dependencies...
Problem: nothing provides php5-ZendFramework needed by kohana2-2.3.4-1.9.noarch There is not a single bug report, even in the devel project there has been no change on this package since November 2016, I'd thus claim it is save to declare this package as 'unmaintained'. But before I go ahead and filing a delete request, I want to give you all a chance to step up and turn the ship around: make the package installable/usable (maybe this message make syou aware that the package even exists and this would be doing exactly, what you'd been looking for - if only it would work, right?) Well, anyway - if I don't hear back from anybody willing to invest time/resources by end of the week, I'll file a del req. Cheers, Dominique

Dominique, https://kohanaframework.org/ says "Deprecated PHP Framework". I'd say it should be removed, also from server:monitoring. Best regards, Johannes Am 29.07.19 um 12:54 schrieb Dominique Leuenberger / DimStar:
