[opensuse-factory] HTTP installation from 12.1-RC1 mirror hangs on "Starting udev..."
Due to http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-factory/2011-10/msg00876.html I tried to install via HTTP instead of NFS, but get indicated message instead of progress for several minutes. It eventually got past that hang, but hung again at "Search for Linux partitions", more than 12 minutes so far.... -- "The wise are known for their understanding, and pleasant words are persuasive."
