[opensuse-factory] Is there a problem accepting ffmpeg3 to Factory.
Hi, ffmpeg 3 has been waiting at the Factory doors for a month sr#405819. I've fixed everything I could find that had a problem building and submitted them see : https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:plater:ffmpeg Is there another problem? If it ever enters a staging prj, that prj should contain each and every pkg which has libav*/libsw*/libpost* in BuildRequires. Not every pkg is ready yet, vlc for example fails to configue with the uncrippled variant. But somehow in Dave's project, vlc is building fine with the ffmpeg 3.1 version. And by the look of his project, he seems to have created his own little staging prj for it. Question is actually if it entered multimedia:libs already and if so, then I would be in favor to move it forward -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

vlc does not build with ffmpeg in OBS. A few months ago I corrected the mess regarding feature selection. As you can see in vlc.spec, the mess is still there. Olaf
