btrfs failure at boot
Today my host machine crashed taking down my Tumbleweed VM. Booting the TW VM fails with the following dmesg errors: BTRFS error (device sda2): parent transid verify failed on 36668489728 wanted 297621 found 297623 BTRFS error (device sda2): parent transid verify failed on 36668489728 wanted 297621 found 297623 BTRFS warning (device sda2): failed to read root (objectid=2): -5 BTRFS error (device sda2): open ctree failed. I tried mounting the device using "mount /dev/sda2 /mnt" and get the same errors as dmesg showed and also get this error: mount: /mnt: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sda2, missing codepage or helper program or other error When I run "btrfs rescue super-recover /dev/sda2" I get: All supers are valid, no need to recover This part of the message "wanted 297621 found 297623" leads me to believe that most of the data is intact but I don't know how to recover. Is it possible to recover from this? If so, what do I need to do? Thanks in advance.
