I used the RC1-->GM for the x86_64 iso but the i586 isn't listed. I tried the i386 that is listed, thinking maybe it was a typo, against the i586 and it failed. Honestly, I have no idea what the deltas are made against. I think it's actually RC2 and then renamed incorrectly. And I have no RCs left anymore to try. As I stated in another post, "The myth of management is that it exists." So why not find out the answer to the question from those who do know and post it to the OP here? Not a too demanding request would you not agree? I explicitly ignore this message as my mother told me to shut up if you can only talk negative about people. Greetings, Stephan -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org

Not having a mother like you I cannot explicitly, or otherwise, ignore your response. I guess that by now you are a big boy.... but still under the influence of what mother said?! "Talk negative......" Oh, gosh... If you don't know the answer then just simply *say so* - don't hide behind what "[your] mother told [you] to [say]". The question was very simple, requiring a very simple reply - but not the "my mother told me what to say" response. Nevertheless, I accept your reply as the best that you can manage to provide at the moment - and with no other implied undertones from my end when I state this. Many, well meaning, salutations to you as well. (I think that you are doing a great job, but you need to become "cool" - in the current, modern jargon - when fending questions, as well as being just a bit more verbose - as my wife says to me, "be articulate" - when responding to posts. Not a criticism, by no means, heavens forbid, but simply an observation, and - this is stated in a most non-offensive manner which I can muster.) PAX :-) . Ok, I found a mirror that still has RC1 (and actually every milestone down to 11.0 :) - and the deltas work on them ;( I removed that delta directory now - shit happens. You work too hard to keep up, Stephan. Take a break, take a deep breath, take stock - and the shit will stop hitting the fan :-) . But having the DVD iso's is very useful for later. I mount them via loopback and export on NFS so the local GM is used rather than looking for DVD. Doing Net installs is more convenient than carrying DVD's about, and it's easier to have a couple running at once :) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org

The idea is to not have to download the entire GM DVD again and to have this as an image to burn and give to friends. I personaly like/love the LiveCDs. Hi, The original question is if this also apply to RC2 DVDs, as I don't have the RC1 anymore. Regards, Luiz -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org

See https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=554993 It's good to dicuss an issue on list. But to track it we must use bugzilla.
