The shellinabox package was used by WebYaST but since WebYaST is dropped the package is not needed anymore.

It is still included in Leap, but we (the YaST team) do not have time and power to maintain it any longer.

The development is not much active (few patches a year) and the GitHub issue list currently contains more than 120 bugs [1]. That's another reason for dropping it...

So unless somebody wants to take it over I'd submit a delete request for Factory and 42.3.
