I had a similar issue. As I had a pending 7.0.14 VBox upgrade, I applied it and USB became functional.
Hi Larry, I'm sending my response to the list as I think it's good to keep conversations on the list. I have some interesting data. If I reboot my rig, VBox now longer has USB access. I have to run through its installation to regain it. While it's not a solution, have you tried to re-install VBox? Does that offer temporary relief? Thx! -pablo
