Re: [opensuse-factory] Is videolan providing a VLC repo for 15.1?
I placed the URL for videolan leap 15.0 and have vlc installed from that repository on my Leap 15.1 box. The rpm command lists the version as 3.0.6-lp151.5.1 and lp151 means Leap 15.1 right ? I have played several DVDs successfully. vlc-qt-3.0.6-lp151.5.1.x86_64 vlc-lang-3.0.6-lp151.5.1.noarch libvlc5-3.0.6-lp151.5.1.x86_64 vlc-vdpau-3.0.6-lp151.5.1.x86_64 libvlccore9-3.0.6-lp151.5.1.x86_64 vlc-noX-3.0.6-lp151.5.1.x86_64 vlc-codec-gstreamer-3.0.6-lp151.5.1.x86_64 vlc-3.0.6-lp151.5.1.x86_64 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

That seems to be the case. Somebody at VLC apparently pressed a few wrong keys when attempting to build the 15.1 packages. I would expect that to be remedied in the near future.
