Many items say no official openSUSE 15.3 package but are there if you just install them.

*Simple on-screen Keyboard*
Onboard is an onscreen keyboard useful for tablet PC users and for mobility impaired users.
There is no official package available for openSUSE Leap 15.3
https://software.opensuse.org/package/onboard
but if you do a "zypper in onboard" it installs and works - this is the 3rd package that says no official package but is in the standard repos.
I have a user that needed that but did not want to install it because it said "no official package available for openSUSE Leap 15.3".

I guess this is just discussed with subject "all packages for Leap 15.3 missing on software.opensuse.org".

My point it the web site info says "no official package" - it should say "this package is now in standard repos for 15.3 - use yast or zypper to install"
It can't say that because it does not know. Our point is that this issue is discussed in much detail in the other thread. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from oS Leap 15.2 x86_64 (Minas Tirith))
