Daniele. Tumbleweed recently got upgraded to Python 3.7 with snapshot 20190201 and not all packages have been adjusted yet. See also https://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-factory/2019-02/msg00064.html

File a bug against the package if one doesn't already have one, it means that this package or one of its dependencies doesn't build with python 3.7 -- Simon Lees (Simotek) http://simotek.net Emergency Update Team keybase.io/simotek SUSE Linux Adelaide Australia, UTC+10:30 GPG Fingerprint: 5B87 DB9D 88DC F606 E489 CEC5 0922 C246 02F0 014B

It has been fixed already: https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/671954 There just hasn't been a new snapshot released yet that would contain the updated package... IOW, this should be fixed in the next snapshot.
