just got the above when logging in, i think its just a one off error as i've logged in and out a few times today with no issues. It still went to the desktop and i could carry on working fine.
I tried following the "Crash Reporting Assistant" instructions to install "Install Debug Symbols" - got this error after logging in as root "No provider of 'debuginfo(build-id)=45ef3223712f569512c26f409c807afb460ef291' found. ['-- plus-content debug'?]" I could not proceed any further with logging the error.

You need to enable the debug repo. It should be in your repo list.
