Hello,
I know: "...You should open a bug at bugzilla!..."
But I am just spreading out the issue for the moment :-)
After latest upgrade to M5, I noticed that something gone broken with PolicyKit, since I see an error whenever I try to install Sun VBox Addons.
The Addon ISO is not mounted and PolicyKit error comes out.
Switching to IceWM resolves the problem, and there is possible to mount and install the addons.
So evidently the problem is related to Gnome desktop which unluckily is my favourite.

In addition to the above, I would like to comment also that now KDE4.3 (now showed simply as "KDE", - after latest 11.2 upgrade I ran yesterday - - when at login greeter) is performing better than Gnome, which is "buggy" on these parts:
1) DBus/PolicyKit errors that impede the mounting of ISO images (VirtualBox Addons in my test)
2) NetworkManager doesn't recognize anymore the previous configured network interface eth0, which remains disabled
3) XKB errors, as filed on bug n°526180

I will try again with more care; I didn't investigate nothing after I noticed the problem.

I suppose to have all the required polkit pkgs:
rpm -qa |grep polkit libpolkit0-0.94-1.1 libpolkit-qt0-0.9.2-2.9 polkit-gnome-0.94-1.1 polkit-default-privs-0.1_200812111413-2.6

I upgraded to latest (as per my sig) Milestone; installed polkit and only through manual installation I added polkit-gnome and polkit-gnome-lang, since attempting the install of these by zypper it has not been possible. The issue was still present until I read man PolicyKit.conf who gave the trick... So I edited my /etc/PolicyKit/PolicyKit.conf, adding this lines: (indicated wit "+")
cat /etc/PolicyKit/PolicyKit.conf
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <!-- -*- XML -*- -->
<!DOCTYPE pkconfig PUBLIC "-//freedesktop//DTD PolicyKit Configuration 1.0//EN" "http://hal.freedesktop.org/releases/PolicyKit/1.0/config.dtd">
<!-- See the manual page PolicyKit.conf(5) for file format -->
(+)<config version="0.1"> (+)<match user="root|marco"> (+) <return result="yes"/> (+) </match> </config>
And now I can mount the ISO!
Apart the solution I found, I hope the final 11.2 will be free of these kind of issues.
