[opensuse-factory] Tumbleweed - Review of the weeks 2019/20 & 21

Dear Tumbleweed users and hackers, Another weekly review was skipped – and I am thus once again reporting over a timespan of two weeks. There have been 7 snapshots released in this timeframe (0510, 0512, 0514, 0516, 0517, 0520 and 0521). The major changes include: * GNOME 3.32.2 * Linux kernel 5.0.13, 5.1.2 & 5.1.3 * QEmu 4.0.0 * Libvirt 5.3.0 * Wireshark 3.0.1 * KDE Frameworks 5.58.0 * KDE Applications 19.04.1 * openSSL 1.1.1b * PostgreSQL 11.3 * Systemd 242 * GCC9 is now providing the base C-Libraries The next days/weeks will bring these changes, that are currently worked on in Staging areas: * GCC 9.1 as default compiler for the whole distro * Qt 5.13 (once the beta phase is over) * Linux kernel 5.1.4 * Mozilla Firefox 67 * CMake 3.14: zypper fails to build (fix is in git, but not submitted ye) * SWIG 4.0: https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1135746 * LLVM 8 * TeXLive 2019 * KDE Plasma 5.16 (currently also in beta) Cheers, Dominique
