Hi,

I would like to introduce the HIBPOfflineCheck plugin for Keepass [1] to factory. It allows users to check the Keepass databases and newly added passwords against a local copy of the Have I been Pawned [3] database, or optionally also against the web service.

The package has been in the Mono repository [2] for a while and with its small codebase does not require significant effort for me to maintain, even though I read the diff for each release.
