[opensuse-factory] Wicked not getting an IPv4 address
After a recent update, I am no longer getting IPv4 addresses on Tumbleweed. I'm guessing that was the "wicked" update. It looks as if "NetworkManager" is still able to get an IPv4 address, but "wicked" cannot. My temporary workaround is to statically defined IPv4 address (and route). I'll note that Leap 42.3 on the same computer is still able to acquire an IPv4 address using DHCP. I'll probably report this as a bug later today. But I thought I would first ask if anyone else is seeing this issue. I am seeing this on two different computers. However, I also have Tumbleweed running in a KVM virtual machine, and it is doing fine there. It is only on real hardware that I am having this issue. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
