Hi Larry, I'm not using SlowRoll but I just tried downloading that file via my browser and it had no problems downloading and I opened it up in ark and it looks good.

I can download it in firefox too but zypper cannot?
Sorry for taking a while to get back to this. does it work if you "export ZYPP_MULTICURL=0" before? there seems to be an issue with files that are zsynced where it is flooding the servers with HTTP range requests. If it works then I'm aware of the issue, I just don't know yet how to reproduce it, but it has been reported before. Greetings, Dirk

It seems to be some trouble with the CDN. Try to replace it with download.opensuse.org
