I'm requesting that devel:libraries:c_c++/ms-gsl [1] be added to openSUSE:Factory, as it is a build requirement for [the future add of] utilities:ueberzugpp [2].

U++ [https://github.com/jstkdng/ueberzugpp] is a replacement for ueberzug, which was removed at the discretion of its author, who is not U++'s author.

Now requesting the addition of ueberzugpp to openSUSE:Factory. I personally use it along with ranger [1] to preview images in the CLI file manager.
