The order is automatically defined by their dependencies - one can't enter Factory before its dep chain is ready. So nothing specially to take car of (but mentioning it in the submit message is helpful for te reviewers to know why things are not moving)

Or shall I sr all of them ? Or shall I sr one by one, repeat each time why, wait acceptance,  sr the next and so on 

Just submit them all together: not much to worry about it for now.
