[opensuse-factory] how to access developer svn repository

I asked in several groups. No resolution. The source stays closed... The link on http://developer.novell.com/wiki/index.php/LiveCD says "Source code is available for this project." I tried several way to access the repository (https, svn over ssh, etc. even with registered ssh key). But nothing works.
