[opensuse-factory] Kernel 3.4

I updated to kernel-default-3.4.0-x from the tumbleweed repository yesterday. The machines are primarily used as "nfs servers" and the nfs exports are mounted for use by vmware vSphere hosts. Today, there was massive disk corruption on all files being written to the nfs shares.
I might have similar NFS issues with the kernel from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/stable/standard/ 3.4.0-2-default #1 SMP Sun May 27 19:46:37 UTC 2012 (8353c9e) x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux (and the version before) Do you see such warnings in /var/log/messages like I do? "request-key: Cannot find command to construct key ..." This warning is said to be caused by inconsistent version of kernel and nfs-util (mine is provided by nfs-kernel-server-1.2.5-4.3.1.x86_64). I tried to find a newer nfs-util version but could not find any. Sven Thanks Sven. No, I did not see any errors in the nfs server logs ... I had 2 servers with 3.4 which corrupted nfs writes and 2 server that I kept at 3.6 which kept on running fine. Nothing was logged on the 3.4 machines that would indicate any anomalies with NFS.
