You could try to build science:machinelearning/python-torch locally with     osc build -M cuda-10-2 But: ML environments and Linux distribution packages don't work well together, especially on rolling distros such as Tumbleweed. The dependencies break all the time. Better to use your own custom environment ans install pytorch as outlined in https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/ - Ben
