Some 15.4 repos return Input/output error like this:

/var/cache/obs/worker/root_3/.pkgs/rpmlint-mini.rpm: Input/output error (worker was cloud118:3)

I didn't change anything (tm) and the errors seem to be gone now again, so it was likely just some issue with OBS
