It is available in the Mozilla repo

It is terrible to use in my option and went back to 102 having to restore thunderbird from a backup as you goto 115 you cannot go back.

here is where the repo is for Leap

If I look at openSUSE build the builds are disabled

Is there an ETA as to when it will be published ?
