As you've become rude, I'll just suggest you clue up by finding some CPU architecture explanations.
Your little dissertation on how memory access has gotten slower relative to older processors is naive at best, and wrong if you sat down with a real chip and looked at it's real performance.
You actually appeared to agree, with "realtively slower" a few lines down later in your statement that included the word scaling; which usually applies to capacity and size comparisons not relative performance. Misrepresenting and misquoting is not helpful to a constructiive discussion, nor the sentiment you've shown.
