Bizarre. After zypper dup, I noticed 20241202 was still reported, and sure enough, that's what's in /etc/os-release. Something prompted me to see what happens running zypper up, and this appeared in the tail of that output:
The following product update will NOT be installed: openSUSE Tumbleweed-Slowroll 20250101-0 Nothing to do.
If I run dup instead of up, it does not appear. If I repeat either, output is same as before. So I downloaded it, installed it with rpm -Uvh, with no issues. I then ran zypper dup again, and it proposes to *downgrade* to 20241202.
That could be some mis-configuration in the repos. Could you share output of zypper se -s openSUSE-release-ftp and zypper lr -d Normally, http://download.opensuse.org/update/slowroll/repo/oss/ should have a prio of 80, while the others have the normal 99.
