I even tried the openSUSE-Leap-15.3-Virtualization  repo - all have the same issue but the repo installed 6.1.22 with the same issue

My Dell 7490 only allows secure boot - I think that may be the issue as it says the virtualbox-kmp-default is not signed.

The 15.2 was Virtualbox 6.1.22 - the upgrade is 6.1.20 so it is a downgrade

The 15.2 virtualbox-kmp-default  were still there for 6.1.22 and 6.1.18

I'm just in the middle of the upgrade and haven't got that far.  What happens if you protect your VMs and delete/reinstall VirtualBox?
