[opensuse-factory] is it possible to get console background back with plymouth?

Hi, all, Before 12.2, when we were still using bootsplash package, there's a "feature" that we can have a very cute background in runlevel 3. This is no more in 12.2 with plymouth. Because the background is implemented by a set of kernel patch, bootsplash package and bootsplash-branding-openSUSE. (We have a ready kernel and a ready bootsplash-branding-openSUSE.) Since it's been something existed for almost 5 years. I do really miss it. So is it possible we find a way to get it back?
