Factory (the distribution) is functional and working
Factory (the project, which includes staging, FTT, etc) is broken, and updates to the distribution are blocked until the issues in Staging are fixed
Stephans links are what anyone should need to get started helping fix the broken packages so we can get Factory moving forward again
https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/overview?distri=opensuse&version=FTT https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=887046 https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/11570/modules/upgrade_select/steps/5
Does this clear up the current situation?

I've found another answers: http://www.acronymfinder.com/ETA.html No chance, as you can see.
There is no "Netiquette" problem here but rather unclear understanding :^)
Generally, we are not Ehglish speaking people. openSUSE is international. So, no "unclear understanding".
He is requesting a date that Factory will be functional.
The Factory is functional at the moment. Running Factory myself.
