Firewall blocking ports by default is compliant to the GDPA (European General Data Protection Act). The rule there states that installation should be done with the maximum security settings, to be tweaked afterwards. Let's keep it that way.
I also found that when installing Windows 10, the firewall is/was not automatically started. Hence the possible discovery of external services/devices and thus having a less secure environment.
