OpenOffice on Milestone 3 fails to correctly open a power point file. Over and over it tries to recover a save from an email pps file or off the HD. First it is setting the permission so it can not write the file. Corrected with chmod and it will write the file. Then calling up OpenOffice3 Presenter, it fails to have completed the recovery and just tries again.
