Just list all packages which are in SLE:
osc ls SUSE:SLE-12-SP2:GA
Extract the information for those packages from here:
Filter those which are not referring to "SUSE:SLE-12*"
That is the count and the list of packages where Leap deviated for some
reason from SLE.
