When performing a update to the latest TW version (using YaST) I get the following error: File /usr/lib64/libgslcblas.so.0.0.0 from install of libgsl19-2.1-1.1.x86_64 (openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Oss) conflicts with file from package libgsl0-1.16-8.5.x86_64 (@System) Is this a packaging error?
