Ah, here we go. You get a HTTP redirect ("location: ..."), but curl
doesn't follow redirects automatically.

That might be a side effect of our switch from mirrorbrain to mirrorcache
for http some weeks ago. (AFAIK mirrorbrain always directly served this
file.) (For https, we use mirrorbrain since about a year.)

Adding   -L   to the curl call should help (it enables following the
"location:" header).

Please also open a bugreport for tumbleweed-cli so that everybody gets
the   -L   added.

I have submitted the bug report on tumbleweed-cli.

Bernhard did manually call the publish script in the meantime (see
ticket) - that's not a fix, but at least a workaround.
