I am not sure if it is related, but there is an open bug for NFS automount after resuming the system, see https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1217176.

Kernel 6.7.1 came to Factory 3 days ago, so you could try to boot into a
6.6.x kernel to see if that helps.
