Leap was built on top of the newest SLE product family. ALP is quite different from SLE and that's why SUSE advertises it as a new parallel "family of sollution" rather than direct sucessor. I think the name of openSUSE's take on ALP will be in a some way related to SUSE's name whatever it will be.
I'm sorry, I'm bit lost. So, will there be TW, ALP, and also some future Leap (following SLE as now)?
