It isn't really clear to me if it should be in Libreoffice:Factory/openSUSE_Tumbleweed or Tumbleweed itself and I don't even know where to begin with requesting anything.
There is a separate "real" Tumbleweed Libreoffice repo at: openSUSE:Tumbleweed:Libreoffice that I try to keep up to date with the most "stable" version of libreoffice (which can differ from the Factory version a bunch).
