Apart from the sillyness that teamviewer is, I can't remember a time something
tried to install to /opt.
VirtualBox? Is in /usr. Anydesk? /usr. VMware? I thhhink /usr too, but it's
been too long since I used it.

Master-pdf-editor and zoom also use /opt
