No. No. No. Factory was a development version, TW is a rolling release. The latter is built exactly like Leap, and goes through openQA just like Leap. Every time updates are released. Except for critical fixes.
I do not agree. For instance, TW does not undergo manual testing and beta phases as Leap does.
You might call TW an infinite Beta release.
