Hi , We just finished a systems for the family with a MSI G965M mainboard. The board installed well but came up with a VESA driver in stead of "i810". Yast seems not to be able to identify the graphics controller (X3000). Is there some information that I can collect to input to a bug report on Yast on this? I understand that this chip is supported in Xorg 7.2. I changed the driver to i810 in the xorg.conf file and from the Xorg.0.log it loads the driver and it detects the 965 gfx chip. Although I did change the Xorg.conf file manually and set the driver to i810, the graphics performance does not seem to be great, so as a second request, it would be nice if someone could share their xorg.conf file with me to compare. (I get around 900 in glxgears) Regards Birger --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
