That is a problem with virtualbox-guest-x11 as my VirtualBox tumbleweed did that.

My fix is to zypper rm virtualbox-guest-x11 and zypper al virtualbox-guest-x11 and I had to set the video to VBoxVGA to allow resizing the video window.
