Maybe package meta data could be made to carry some kind of good/bad
score. If a certain build of a package is rated down by people, zypper
could display a warning. Maybe the solver could even try to come up with

Sorry, I'm very much against the idea of the solver choosing
packages by some number the user does not see.
In other words: I can implement that, but then I'll assign all
bug reports about strange solver results to you.
