nspluginwrapper still has a bug in supporting wmode. AFAICS Flash 10 and Firefox 3.0.3 works correctly wrt wmode on 32bit.
There is a 64 bit Flash10alpha that seems to work well with wmode, at least my usual sites do, and this link too: http://www.communitymx.com/content/source/E5141/wmodetrans.htm nspluginwrapper is not needed anymore.
