[opensuse-factory] Certain patch files fail due to new version of Patch in upcoming Factory

Dear All, I guess that maybe some of you already noticed it, but some previous successfully build packages are suddenly failing for the openSUSE:Factory repository only. This seems to be caused by the new version of Patch that is in the currently being build Factory. Unfortunately the patchfiles that are failing need to be recreated after the new version of patch is installed. Fortunately there are no backwards compatibility issues.
