Hi,

we have draw a picture of how the process works right now. We have not defined how the process should look like or how we want it to be.

As any of you can see in the documentation (both, the development process and the release process) there are many "hidden tasks" that are still done within SUSE. In fact, many more than even I thought a year ago.

The first step has been documenting them and make them public. In the Release process we have opened already several of them. We will continue in that direction. The same applies to the Development process.

So I take these complains as points of improvements for the future. The goal of my team is keep opening the process. We need more people to take responsibilities though. There we have a challenge.
