Unfortunately that is not the purpose of this list, you have a couple of options, firstly you can check the bug tracker for any similar reports then you can choose to create a report with the info you have, at worst eventually it will be closed WONT FIX due to not enough info.
here is my suggestion how to get rid of people like bjoern and me from this list:
1) dominique could write into his "New Tumbleweed snapshot.... released:" " for collected bugreports please visit https://review.tumbleweed.boombatower.com/ "
2) since tumbleweed 2019-11-12 the site is not able to show the bugs anymore. THIS HAS TO BE FIXED!! as i know there is a open bug for this (without response) (sorry i do not find it anymore, or find the related mails) something with the api? for bugs is broken, as jimmy wrote ((maybe) at the tumbleweed list) so its not a problem from the site (i am not able to check this, its only what somebody (and jimmy) wrote.
It was allegedly fixed, see https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1157722 Regards, Frank
