It does that occasionally, so it's something to remember. KDE4 has steadily got quirkier and quirkier so I have switched back to KDE 3.5.10 on the boxes where it's a big problem.
I can live with the quirks as long as it doesn't stop me from doing the basics. I am having, I believe, a php5 problem with my web server, thou.
Going back to 3.5.10 I've noticed how much speedier things are than under KDE4.
Now that's odd, I see the opposite. Even the plasma-desktop crashes recover quickly, sometimes just a few seconds on my three-year-old desktop. -- Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA HOG # US1244711 http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://counter.li.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
