Some earlier PCs with UEFI had buggy UEFI.
And, everything from Intel Nehalem (2008) and AMD Bulldozer (2011) will run x86_64-v2. There are a lot of BIOS only systems (or early buggy UEFI boards) that fit that category. I still think dropping BIOS boot now would be shooting yourself in the foot. Look at SUSE-2030 and then natural attrition will have taken a majority of systems.
