I was browsing
https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Packaging if I find some quick
howto for dummies (BFU), but I wasn't successful. IMHO something like this ---
up-to-date and enough fool-proof --- would be super beneficial for everyone,
especially for casual packagers.
