and when she finally could attempt the update it was impossible because packages were compressed with a different compressor that 4.11 would not process. Then, doing incremental updates (to the 13.2 version first, then 42.{123],15.{012} to finally Tumbleweed would have been the way to try to fix this. Or just booting from the DVD and updating from there.
