I don't see a reason why it shouldn't be possible. You can ask hardware vendor (DELL) for SUSE Linux Enterprise 15 SP3 compatibility.

If you want parallel versions of software I suggest to look into container based deployment.

You might want to look into our existing container images in our public registry https://registry.opensuse.org/cgi-bin/cooverview

And see if there is some LAMP stack that suites your needs.
